My athlete son was diagnosed with a torn labrum. After not being able to participate in track at all without pain, my son, has not only been able to return to track with a force but has also been considered for Regionals. His track coach even asked who his physical therapist was for her own torn labrum! Colton has done an amazing job and without him we wouldn't have made it this far. Colton has an amazing ability to reassure his patients and encourage them to press on. Colton is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does. Colton graciously worked with our schedule and availability. My son and I strongly recommend!! We are excited and optimistic for football season!

Colton is great! I came in with a labrum tear in my hip along with back pain that was keeping me from playing my collegiate sport. I worked with Colton and he helped me by dry needling the muscles giving me problems and giving me exercises that have helped me come back stronger. Now I’m back to playing D1 rugby and feeling more confident each and every day. I can’t recommend them enough!!

I came in with lower back pain that was keeping me from training at the level I was used to. As a 42yr old working mom who has been committed to daily workouts for over 20 years, being sidelined was frustrating. Colton took the time to really pinpoint the weakness that was causing my back pain and created a clear, personalized plan to strengthen it. Within just 4 weeks, I was completely pain free and able to get back to strength training at 100%. I can’t recommend Colton enough he gave me my training back!

I have worked with them for 3 months for shoulder and bicep surgery rehabilitation for the last 3 months. I was still in a sling and unable to move my arm in any direction without assistance or pain. I was told the standard recovery would be 9 to 12 months by my doctor. Having worked with Colton for the last 3 months and followed his out of clinic instructions, I have full mobility in my arm and shoulder, I'm now able to drive an oversized vehicle again and I plan on being at 100% after another 3 months of well designed rehabilitation. I have worked with many therapists/trainers over the years but none have ever shown the care and dedication to my recovery that Colton has. I highly recommend!!!

Colton is awesome! He was able to diagnose what my pain was and treat it quickly. He even provided me with steps away from the office to do if it ever flares up again. I've recommended both my parents who also had an amazing experience!

Colton is a competent and caring physical therapist. He emphasizes not only recovery from injury but preventing future injury, which is key to keeping athletes healthy. He was genuinely concerned for my daughter's recovery and made the sessions fun. She looked forward to coming to physical therapy. I highly recommend Colton.

My first experience with Colton was back in March of 2024, I had experienced a shoulder injury that would take me out of baseball for the season. Colton worked incredibly hard to help build me back to where I am now. Beyond his stellar job performance, Colton is a stand-up man with a driven passion for his profession that is evident in every move he makes. If you have not been a patient or friend of Colton you are missing out. I highly recommend spending time with him!

I have been taking my son to see Colton for a little over a month now for a hamstring injury he suffered while playing baseball. Our experience has been great! Colton takes the time to thoroughly explain the treatment plan and always makes sure we understand each step. Colton stays in contact in between appointments to check in and see if my son is doing well with his at home exercises. We are definitely thankful we found Colton to help my son get back on the baseball field!

Colton was awesome with my son, Ashton, after his knee surgery, he was patient and gave him time to work his way up to regaining his strength while still pushing him. My son enjoyed going to his PT appointments, he is now running around and jumping back to normal, waiting for his time to get back to playing sports!!

My 15 year old is a competitive and highschool soccer player who was struggling with back muscle spasms which threatened his participation in upcoming tryouts for the Varsity spot on his highschool team. Colton responded with great attention to our situation and understanding of the urgency in getting him ready to perform well with safety. He quickly made himself available and helped our child recover quickly- all the while helping him build confidence that he would continue to improve and build resilience for future success!

I began working with Colton after feeling/hearing skin-crawling crunching sounds coming from my knees. The crinkly chip bag sounds made me avoid running and leg workouts at the gym. The exercises Colton guided me through have been instrumental and helping me build strength while avoiding any pain or discomfort in my knees during the sessions. Colton‘s approach was thoughtful and progressive, gradually increasing the difficulty of exercises without ever making them feel overwhelming (think: Goldilocks finding the perfect porridge). He consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable, adjusting the exercises to make them easier or more challenging as needed, and providing constructive feedback to help me improve. His attentiveness to my form and technique was exceptional, and he was quick to make adjustments to ensure I was performing the exercises correctly and safely. Fast-forward five weeks, I’ve been able to resume running and leg workouts at the gym without knee drama. I now have the tools and confidence to continue building strength and surpass my fitness goals. If you have crinkly chip bags for knees (or anything of the like), I highly recommend working with Colton.

I went to Colton after a knee surgery. I was scared of not being able to walk and run properly due to putting my surgery off for a long time. He help me so much by encouraging me to continue on when I felt there was no progress. He gave me specific instructions on what exercises to do and a time line for my recovery. Now I’m able to walk and jog comfortably! hopefully soon I will be able to run and do sports I love to do.

My daughter came in with joint/knee pain that kept her from doing every day activities that she loves. We worked with Colton and he helped her by educating home therapy, flexibility exercises & was very attentive, even changed music to the music to help her be more comfortable. Now she’s back to doing dance/pom and enjoying feeling of not always falling or w/continues pain. I can’t recommend him enough.

As a senior citizen I recommend him to all Ages. Colton is the best by far and I have had several therapist in the past. He is knowledgeable and compassionate. I came in with major hip issues. Didn’t sleep well, couldn’t sit or work outside for any length of time without major hip pain. With his expertise and knowledge, he diagnosed that it was back muscles that needed strengthening. He gave me homework as well as his hands on therapy. Now I can do all the above 99% pain free. Not bad for a 76 yr old guy. Time so well spent with Colton. Lastly, DO THE HOMEWORK !!!

I have some knowledge of physical therapy, however meeting and receiving care from Colton took me to the next level (no pun intended). He is very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to reach my goals I have. Actually, I exceeded my goals and the tips he gave me I share with my friends and family. Anyone who wants quality care from someone who prides themselves on making sure they have the latest research with a touch of compassionate care : COLTON IS YOUR GUY! Don’t overthink it. You won’t regret your care with him cause you’ll see progress even from the first visit.

I came to my first appointment with Colton not being able to dance, walk any distance, or play pickleball without foot pain that ranged from a dull ache to acute pain. Today I have resumed the activities that I love - pain free -and I know it was due to the type of partnership he developed with me to work through my physical therapy.

My doctor sent me to physical therapy because of a sciatica/hamstring issue. It was so painful I was having a hard time working and doing the things I love to do. Colton worked with me with on stretching in the beginning but we moved in to strength building exercises. After 2 months I have learned what strength exercises I need to continue in the future. I am almost 100% and am so grateful for that.

Colton was very competent, professional and friendly. At the beginning I could only walk about 200 feet. Now I walk .8 tenths of a mile regularly.

Before I started I was unable to lift my arm from surgery, but after my last visit I’m now able to do pull ups, bench press, and I can lift 60 pounds over my head, 100% recommend!

Colton was very helpful and amazing to work with! Extremely knowledgeable about recovery or injury and how to best protect and help his client. When I first began working with him I was able to run or jump and by the end of 3 months I’m back to fully healthy and as confident as ever, would definitely recommend going to him!

I fractured my back in a soccer game and it stopped me from playing, running, and even just daily tasks. I started physical therapy and was really frustrated and hated going until I switched clinics and started seeing Colton. I started to see a lot of improvement with the excercises he had me doing. He made sure we were working towards my goal of being able to play soccer again while also building up my confidence rather than just focusing on the issue. I now workout at the gym every morning, run every evening, and train for soccer 2-3 times a week all with no pain at all! I highly recommend!

Great place! Colton is a first rate professional. He was interested in my goals. And when I said push me, he did. I’m still using exercises he taught me. This was my first experience personally with PT. Have to admit I was a little intimidated. Colton explained everything and put me at ease.
