Performance Physical Therapist
Tired of 10-minute sessions, generic exercise sheets, and rushing between three patients an hour? If you want to practice the way you were actually trained to, full one-on-one time, real evaluations, and a plan built around each patient's sport and goals, you might be who we're looking for.
Who We Are
Next Level Sports Performance & Therapy is a sports PT clinic in Edmond, OK, built around one idea: real time, real care. We exist because most athletes and active people have been let down by rushed, high-volume care that treats symptoms instead of causes.
Every patient gets a full hour, one-on-one, with a therapist who actually watches them move and explains what's really going on, not a tech, not a generic sheet, not a rotation of three patients at a time.
Our Core Values
Root Cause, Not Band-Aids
We find what's actually driving the problem, not just what hurts.
Educate, Don't Just Treat
Patients should understand the why, not just follow instructions.
Modify, Don't Stop
We keep people training while they heal, not sidelined.
Quality Over Volume
Full attention, every visit, no exceptions.
Extreme Ownership
We own outcomes, for our patients and each other.
Always Growing
Clinically, professionally, personally.
The Role
As our Performance Physical Therapist, you'll conduct full evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions with athletes and active adults, from post-surgical rehab to sport-specific performance limitations. From there, you'll build criterion-based return-to-sport programs, incorporating manual therapy, dry needling, and strength and conditioning programming tailored to each person's sport and goals.
Every new patient starts with an evaluation-only visit. No treatment until there's a real diagnosis and a clear plan, no exceptions.
You won't be managing a wall of patients at once. You'll have the time to actually solve the problem in front of you.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), licensed or license-eligible in Oklahoma
- CPR / BLS certified
- Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) a plus, not required
- Dry needling certification, or willingness to obtain
- Strength and conditioning background (CSCS a strong plus)
- Real experience or passion for working with athletic, active populations
- Strong critical thinking and clinical skills
- A genuine drive to educate and empower patients, not just treat them
- Comfortable working in an outcomes-focused model
